The demolition service that is more than
just the demolition!!! (it happened at one townhouse in Sathorn area) I was
hired to demolish one unit of a three storey townhouse (on the right) from Mr.A
with many hundreds thousand baht fee. The left building owned by Mr.B, hired
other company to demolish the building free of charge!!!! let me remind you
it's free demolition!!! these are adjacent houses, why this house hire us to do
demolition work for many hundreds thousand baht fee, why not calling another
demolition contractor, Mr.B to do the work???
If you are selling only the demolition
service, you will only get hired only for the demolition work, but I have more
to offer to customers than just the work. Customers get the comfort, the trust,
the friendship with their neighbors (By providing the protection of dust and
materials), timely service delivery (in this case, the owner need to deliver
the land value of hundreds of million baht), we focus on the safety and
punctuality as our first priority, the use of technology and machinery in our
operation. Even in case of the spirit
house, we actually invite the Braham to do the ceremony to move the spirit
house according to the religious belief.
This is the reason why customers
continually request for our service.
I can provide service to customers in
all ranged within the customers' budget. (However, if it is so low that the
demolish work has to be done without any safety standard, I will reject the
work from the beginning) Compare it to the car selling, I can sell all cars
ranging from Jaguar, Mercedes Benz to Toyota with add-on options like airbags,
sun roof, electric car windows according to the budget. However, for all cars
that I'm selling, there must be car bumpers,airbags,safety belts,ABS brake
systems. If customers deny the basic safety standard, I will reject the sales
service. There is the statement saying "There is no such thing as free stuff,
nor cheap good stuff". This simple principle always hold true in this world
even in the demolition business!!! Lately, the free demolition project was
suspended because some materials bouncing off the site into the road. I don't
blame the demolition contractor, Mr.B., for that. I would do nothing different
from him if I offer the service for free. No one is better than others, or no
one is above others. It all depends more on what the demolition contractors are
selling to their customers at that moment.
