Just a not very big Reinforced concrete waste stabilization pond, why hire Piyamitr group from Bangkok to handle the demolition work? What do we have? Do we have connections? People in the organization keep throwing questions at me? The employer of this job is concerned about the noise, vibration, dust produced from the site that might disturb customers in the hotel and the nearby buildings. Disposal of materials outside the project according to EIA Standard (Environmental Impact Assessment) required the instalment of noise, dust, and vibration meter and the method of waste disposal from the demolition must be submitted to the employer in form of a report with the following information.

- The average sound level measure must not exceed .......dB in the working hour
- Dust quantity of no less than .....mg/cubic meter
- Vibration amount of no less than ........per second
- Measure quality of water sediment and the wasted materials from the demolition and the disposal methods of these materials.
- Collect the pile coordinates to design for the footing system.

After I finish my explanation, the site supervisor told me it's very difficult. Yes. It is difficult.... If it is easy, they may not call Piyamitr group to come a long way around 800 kilometers to do the demolition for them   (but for me, I don't think it's difficult, maybe because we have previous experience in this task)

Ever since I start to work in demolition project, I tend to prefer more difficult jobs than the easy ones because

1.       Difficult tasks are better paid and earn more profit than the easy tasks.
2.       Due to the difficulty in the task, our competitors do not want to accept the taskjob.
3.       Difficult tasks teach and train us to be better because we need to think and present the method to convince our client to hire us.
4.       I love a challenge,
5.       Difficult tasks usually in the far location, I get to know new tem and new friends that are not in our 'local' area, getting to know new Connection according to the concept "The wise who stands still defeat the fool who go on a journey"

With these reasons, I decided to take this job. If you still love to do easy task, with simple and same method like learning the same old lesson from the same old book while you were in 6th grade, you will not get the bachelor degree in the next 10 years for sure!!!!
In this job, I don't know anyone, I have no connection, there's no bribery. There's only the experience of being the professional .Oh.I forgot to tell you one last important reason why I take this job. No.6 I get to sneak away from my wife.
