Is the free builidng demolition real ??

Is there a free builiding demolition ??

Do you offer free building demolition??

Can you do the free builidng or home demolition??

Something like this. Today let me explain you a simple logic. With respect.,customers and those who are interested to read the articles I wrote from my experience. Many customers, approximately 80-90% have just demolish their own houses or their acquaintances house for the first time, or just been exposed to the demolition for the first time in their lives. Few people would be in the demolition work so often unless they are in the construction business or they are construction contractors or renovation contractors, but for people or buildings owner, who usually have no experience to hire demolition contractors to do the demolition work. Today I will explain 3 or 4 simple principles to you.

The person who take the demolition work for your home or your building is not your relative or your close friends. He will not do it for free. Do you agree?

The labor cost, equipment cost, petrol cost, these things are the cost and expenses, no one will pay them for us without expecting anything in return. Free Free Free Really?

The risk with the demolition operator, if he doesn’t do it well, he will have trouble with the police officers and government officers or the nearby buildings. Is he willing to have trouble with others for us?? Just 3 issues that I mention earlier, free building demolition or free house demolition must not be real in this world, but I’m here to reconfirm that  free building demolition or free house demolition are real for  sure.

I will give your the answer. THose who do the free demolition work, how do they do that? From simple principle of the price calculation from the quotation of more than 90% of the time (I can’t tell you that it is 100%) The calculation of building demolition will be calculated from the expenses incurred from the building demolition deducted with the asset value. Suppose that I have one house demolition work, I will calculate the total expenses of the demolition of this house as follows:

1.Cost of demolition permission   XXXXX baht

2. Demolition’s Labor Cost XXXXX baht

3. Machine Cost                XXXXX baht

4. Protection Cost (Temporary Fencing Cost)        XXXXX baht

5. Operation Cost and Profit        xxxxx baht

Total 100,000 baht

These cost are 100,000 baht in total. I suppose the total cost is 100,000 baht to make it easy for calculation.

Then I will check what are the assets in this house for example doors, windows. Suppose that, there are 10 doors. The door cost 500 baht for each set, the total value is 5,000 baht. There is 100 sq.meter wooden floor which cost 300 baht/sq.m., the total wooded floor value is 30,000 baht. There is wooden beam, wooden roof, which costs about 20,000 baht. There are electric wires, water pipes. The total value of the asset is 100,000 baht. We would deduct the demolition cost with the total asset value, there is 0 baht left. This house will do the demolition for free. I will be able to offer the price quotation of the building demolition for free. On the other hand, we set the demolition cost at the same cost of 100,000 baht. The asset value is more than the cost. Let me set the asset value at 120,000 baht. The house owner will get the money back for 20,000 baht. In this case, the home owner will get the money back worth a lot more than the free building demolition. When you read until the end of the article, when you see the sign “free home/free building demolition” you will now that actually it is under the calculation from the above price list.

The word “There's no such thing as free stuff. is the eternal truth in this world, which I also believe it that way that “there is no free stuff in this world” but…..free building demolition free home demolition!!!!  are real for sure.
